Return Policy

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT AND UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES LOOSE LEAF TEA AND TEA BAGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

We will exchange or refund tea ware and tea accessories if you are not satisfied within14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can return your tea ware in-store with proof of purchase.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. Used items will not be refunded. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not discard the item before contacting us as our shipping carriers require physical evidence of damaged products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Loose leaf tea & Tea Bags are non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
